Ideal for fish , BBQ, Chicken, Meats, Fried Rice, Noodles, Soups and other Dishes. 

Cassareep is made by boiling cassava juice until it's reduced by half, then adding spices like cloves, cinnamon, salt, sugar, and cayenne pepper. It's used to flavor pepperpot and acts as a preservative, allowing pepperpot to stay fresh at room temperature for days.

INGREDIENTS: 

Cassava Extract, Water, Caremel and Spices.
