Peeled Beans are pre-peeled blackeye beans. Puregro Peeled Beans have a smooth texture and are delicious when mixed with other vegetables or cooked together with rice. Peeled Beans can be used to make popular recipes such as steamed bean pudding, a Nigerian dish called Moin Moin or Fried Bean cake, a popular Brazilian and Nigerian dish known as Acarojo or Akara. Peeled Beans can be used for making African, Caribbean, Asian and South Amaerican dishes.

This product is packed in Factory which also processes Nuts (Including Peanuts), Seeds, Cereals, Milk, Mustard, Celery, Soya, Wheat & Products containing Gluten. Although all necessary precautions have taken, some pips or stalks may still remain in the product.
